Resumen

La calidad de la gerencia se ha relacionado con distintas teorías administrativas y organizacionales. Este artículo de investigación tiene por objetivo realizar un análisis temporal que evidencie cómo se ha relacionado el concepto de calidad de la gerencia con conceptos y teorías administrativas a través del tiempo además de conocer aquellos autores relevantes en cada periodo analizado. Los resultados muestran que en cuanto a las temáticas relacionadas a calidad de la gerencia se han mantenido, a su vez a partir de cierto periodo prepondera como autor relevante Schroeder.
