Análisis del estado del arte sobre Gestión de equipos en Pyme

La presente investigación se trazó como objetivo analizar la evolución de la gestión de equipos en proyectos en Pyme en los últimos años a partir de un análisis bibliométrico, determinando a través de los autores más representativos, cuáles fueron las publicaciones más citadas, factores asociados y años de publicación, así como metodologías y enfoques de investigaciones encontradas. Para el desarrollo de este estudio se realizó una búsqueda en la base de datos Scopus y Web of Science en idioma inglés y español mediante la combinación de palabras claves como Team Management, Human-resource Management, SME, Gestión de Equipos, Pyme. Para el análisis bibliométrico se seleccionó literatura científica a partir de los siguientes criterios: Investigación original y/o de revisión en inglés o español, teniendo en cuenta que fue el mismo criterio utilizado para las búsquedas trabajos realizados en el periodo 2010-2020. Dentro de los hallazgos cabe resaltar la importancia de la gestión de recursos humanos para el alcance de los objetivos en las Pymes y de cómo contribuya al mejoramiento de los procesos. Otros autores concluyen que es indiferente al correcto funcionamiento de las Pyme si estas son gestionas de manera individual o en equipos.
