Factors that influence work stress on the competitive performance of telecommunication industry workers

The following document is an article related to work stress and competitive performance. Stress at work is a social and productive problem that has been very noticeable, most people suffer from illnesses caused or aggravated by stress.
This study was cross-sectional, with a quantitative approach, inductive method, and a descriptive non-experimental scope; The aim of this study was to identify the factors that influence work stress on the competitive performance of workers in the telecommunications industry, had a sample of 18 workers, conducted an online surveyline containing the measuring instruments applied with the aim of compiling the data more efficiently. After carrying out the following study we can say that one of the factors that most influences are the intrinsic factors in the work itself, and one of the causes of work stress is confusing leadership
