Abstract

This article aims to analyze which factors of the organizational climate influence the productivity
and satisfaction of workers in the brick industry in the city of Barranquilla. The close relationship
between organizational climate, productivity and satisfaction was evidenced following variables
such as: culture, recognition, leadership and job satisfaction, which are key to determine business
success. All this, in order to answer the questions that the leaders of the Barranquilla brick industry
ask themselves, as well as to establish and verify if the position of the companies in the industry is
reflected in the perception of the workers and what level of satisfaction and sense of belonging do
the collaborators have with the companies for which they provide their services. The conclusions
show the implicit value and the importance that organizations should give to everything related to
organizational climate and employee satisfaction.
