Administrative management systems as tools for the development of small and medium-size companies in Barranquilla

The objective of this study is to know the importance of management systems in the participation of
development in the SMEs of the city of Barranquilla so that it can be established how a Management
System influences an SME so that it can achieve its development. For this, a survey was conducted for
company executives to learn more about the processes that the company is carrying out when doing
its daily activities. The results that emerge indicate that companies must comply with and thoroughly
understand their processes, apply them appropriately, give them due importance and train their
employees on each process that is carried out to carry out an activity within the organization.
