Planning for improvements in the current health care system for teachers of the national teachers' social benefits fund

Nowadays, the application of quality processes to health services is gaining more and more
importance. However, implementing a system for its management is not an easy task and requires
a cultural change in the organization that involves all the organization's collaborators in order to
satisfy patients' needs and preferences. The rescue of quality is based on the measurement of results,
processes and the satisfaction of patients and their families, and its goal is to achieve continuous
improvement. Currently, there are many factors to consider when promoting quality performance,
but their implementation should be oriented to how things are done, standardizing processes and
accrediting services. These instruments will make it possible to improve treatment and reduce clinical
and administrative errors, which will contribute to better management, which will undoubtedly be
recognized by the population. To continue working to improve the satisfaction of the external client,
the relationship with patients and their families, to locate and reduce errors, to work as a team, to
involve everyone, to feel part of an organization that needs us and that is moving towards the new
changes that the system and the world need, are the essence of the culture of quality.
