Legal axiology: ethical point-of-view of the lawyer’s actuation in Colombia

El presente arti?culo tiene como finalidad, determinar cua?l es la funcio?n que ejerce el abogado colombiano dentro de la sociedad, esto analizado desde una mirada e?tica, centrando el intere?s en los textos normativos que rigen el recto actuar de los abogados colombianos, esto es el Decreto 196 de 1971 y la Ley 1123 de 2007. Se hace una reflexio?n e?tica de la figura del abogado dentro de la sociedad, en especial en una sociedad como la colombiana, que esta? iniciando un proceso de postconflicto.

Abstract
This article aims to determine what function exercised by the Colombian lawyer within society, this analyzed an ethics, focusing the interest in the regulatory texts governing the straight perspective Colombian lawyers, acting This is the Decree 196 of 1971 and Law 1123 of 2007. Resumo
O presente artigo tem como finalidade determinar qual e? a func?a?o que exerce o advogado colombiano dentro da sociedade, analisando desde um ponto-de-vista e?tico, centrando o interesse nos textos normativos que regem a atuac?a?o dos advogados colombianos, ou seja, o Decreto 196 de 1971 e a Lei 1123 de 2007. Realizase uma reflexa?o e?tica da figura do advogado dentro da sociedade, em especial numa sociedade como a colombiana que esta? iniciando um processo de post-conflito.
