The universal dimension of human rights has been proclaimed repeatedly in the United Nations system. This universality
is intended to reflect and, in turn, strengthen the international community consensus on these rights, without
having to assume, in principle, the imposition of hegemony any legal, political or cultural, including Western central
euro or Atlanta. However, we know that it is not easy to cultural diversity of our world. For example, we as “Westerners”,
now we are particularly shocking and legal rules or moral, highly discriminatory against women exist in most
cultures and religions.
